Frequently Asked Questions

We install only OEM and OEE glass. We never use cheap aftermarket glass, or recycled glass products, due to the potential for distortion and poor fitment, which in turn create safety concerns.
OEE (original equipment equivalent) and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) glass typically come from the same factory, and therefore have the same specs and quality. The only difference with OEE glass is the glass manufacturer does not put the factory automotive branding stamp on the glass. The brands of OEE glass we use are: Pilkington, FYG, and SCM.
If you’re using insurance, most companies will approve OEM glass within the first year from the manufacture date. If you are outside of that time frame, we can put in for a special approval to try to get OEM glass, but it is not always approved. You can also choose to pay the difference between the insurance covered glass and OEM.

Yes. Repairs are structural fixes intended to prevent further cracking, and not cosmetic fixes. So, unfortunately you will still be able to see the damage even after the repair is complete.
Some insurance companies require a damage inspection before replacement is approved. If it’s been more than 3 business days since your claim was filed and you still haven’t heard from an inspector, we recommend giving your insurance company a follow up call. After your insurance company completes the inspection, they will send us an approval to complete the work.
Our company policy prohibits standard use of rotary knife/blade machines during the removal process. We prioritize updates in industry standard, and therefore, have migrated to kevlar wire removal tools. Market research has concluded these tools allow for a much cleaner and safer removal process.
None. Instead of gimmicks we offer transparency. Most of these “cash back” offers result in: - A considerable reduction of quality to compensate for the loss of profit. -“Up to (insert some absurd number) cash back” but conveniently your job only “qualifies” for $50, leaving you feeling cheated and bummed. -The “cash” is actually local gift cards to places you’ve never heard of and will never use. -The runaround: First its, “The check will be mailed to you” followed by, “The check is on its way” annnd... you’re ghosted.
